These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and FAFO, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FAFO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Frenzy mobile application, website, and any related features or services (collectively, the “Service” or “Frenzy”).

By accessing or using Frenzy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of Frenzy

Frenzy is an application that allows users to:

• create or connect an embedded wallet (via our wallet provider)
• deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency
• trade trend-based tokens launched on third-party protocols (including pump.fun)
• access price feeds, news aggregation, and automated notifications
• participate in promotional programs, including leaderboard-based rewards

FAFO, Inc. does not custody assets, control private keys, or execute trades on behalf of users. All blockchain transactions are executed by the user’s own embedded wallet.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be legally capable of entering into a contract
